I specialize in working with folks who struggle with trauma-related challenges relating to boundaries and self-care. By exploring the root causes and symptoms, I aim to help my clients thrive and discover greater ease in their relationships with friends, family and intimate partners.

I come to this work by way of my own inner healing journey. Having experienced firsthand the profound growth and healing that can come from a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, I believe wholeheartedly that change occurs when we have space to explore, understand, and accept all parts of ourselves. Working in this field allows me the great honor of partnering with others on their path of self-exploration, learning to be curious about our inner experiences, and cultivating trust in ourselves along the way.
The best part of my job is witnessing someone grow their awareness and compassion for themselves and all that they've endured. I love seeing someone learn to be a loving parent to themselves, cultivating forgiveness for themselves and those who have disappointed or harmed them along the way.
