Firefighting asks you to face what others run from. Long shifts, high-stress calls, difficult scenes, and the expectation to stay composed and respond again and again. Over time, even the strongest and most steady can feel the cumulative weight of this work physically, mentally, and emotionally.

First, get in touch and schedule a 20-minute matching call with our highly trained intake director. We will then match you with the best-fitting therapist at our center, taking into account what’s going on for you, what personality and style of therapist you prefer and would be best served by, as well as your scheduling and logistical preferences.
Next… our intake director will either book a full first therapy session with your assigned therapist OR they can schedule you another 20-minute call with the therapist you’re matched to, allowing you an even greater opportunity to get to know your potential therapist and really ensure that they’re a good fit for you. Because the number one indicator of successful therapy is a successful match between therapist and client, we take a lot of time and effort to ensure a good fit before you begin.
Next, if you do decide to book with your therapist, you’ll be sent an invitation to your secure online client portal where you’ll complete your thorough intake paperwork before your first session. This helps your therapist get to know you and your history even better before the first session so they can get you expert support as soon as possible when you begin.
Finally, you’ll start down the path toward healing. You’ll attend regular sessions, mapping out a pathway towards relief with your dedicated, specialized therapist. Together, with their expert support, you’ll move beyond the challenges you’ve experienced, transforming the behaviors and beliefs that are holding you back and move towards a healthier, more functional, more peaceful life.
