Why I do this work

Originally, I am from London, and I have lived in Europe as well as Asia, I have always appreciated humanity and marveled at the global struggles that connect us all. Since my previous work was in the fashion industry, my path is untraditional, yet I have always valued building meaningful relationships and connections with others. I am struck by how we are all more alike than different. I have felt the benefits and depth of this work with my own personal therapy journey. The idea we get to choose how we live each day and can continue to grow excites me, and I'm thrilled to share that encouragement and support with you.

The best part of my job

The best part of my job is witnessing clients' resiliency and seeing the growth in their ability to trust themselves. I am inspired by everyone's unique journeys and feel grateful to be a part of their transformations no matter how big or small. I love seeing shifts in awareness and realizations that happen inside or outside of the sessions. I am moved by clients tuning in and connecting with their inner wisdom.

How I spend my free time

Salsa dancing, yoga, getting a massage, and traveling.
